A service model based in and around Twitter.   They have listed a number of weird and wonderful (but useful apps) here but the most useful one in my opinion is the twtvite. It’s interesting to see how they plan to monetise their service, but as with Twitter we’ll be waiting a while before Twtapps show their cards.

  • Spend twenty hours a week running a project for a non-profit
  • Teach yourself Java, HTML, Flash, PHP and SQL
  • Volunteer to coach or assistant coach a kids sports team
  • Start, run and grow an online community
  • Give a speech a week to local organizations.Write a regular newsletter or blog about an industry you care about
  • Learn a foreign language fluently
  • Write three detailed business plans for projects in the industry you care about
  • Self-publish a book
  • Run a marathon

Brilliant! If that doesn’t float your boat, why not give Codeworks Connect a call.  They have an excellent number of schemes and contacts that will be advantageous in this day and age – if you have time to pick up the phone between the projects, the sports teams and the marathon!
